Our Weekend

Our plans changed quite a bit for my parents last weekend here because of the rain. Curt was planning to work all day Saturday harvesting but they got rained out. After lunch we headed to the west side of the island to see the Waimea Canyon. We didn't get to the last couple of lookouts because of the fog and rain. What we did see was beautiful all the same. Saturday night we enjoyed a fabulous meal at Keoki's.

Sunday was my dad's birthday. Happy Birthday Dad! This is the second birthday he has celebrated in Hawaii. After church, we headed to the beach for awhile. It was a fun and sunny day!

The kids had to show off their bike riding ability for grandma and grandpa while they were here! My parents flew home on Sunday night. It was wonderful to spend time with family at Christmas and to have my parents here for a week!
