Saturday morning started with splashing in rain puddles...
We drove up to Waimea Canyon but it was rainy and foggy so unfortunately the views were not very good. After the Canyon, we ate lunch at the Waimea Planation Cottages and explored the beach there. Needless to say, the kids (and some adults) were wet.
Sunday after church we headed to the North Shore. Our first stop was the Lighthouse.

Unfortunately, it rained pretty much the whole day on Sunday. After the Lighthouse, we drove all the way to the end of the road on the North Shore before heading back home. We also checked out one of the caves on the north side.
