Red Dirt Mess

Kauai is known for its infamous red dirt. There's even shirts dyed with the red dirt. Daniel and Hannah have discovered they really like to play "trucks and diggers" in the backyard. Of course, this leads to them being covered head to toe in red dirt. The fact that they are constantly slathered in sunscreen doesn't help anything, they just become a magnet for the red dirt. (Maybe we should buy stock in sunscreen??) I guess we just have to get used to the red dirt and that it stains EVERYTHING!

Quote of the day: "You cannot discover new oceans unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore." (courtesy of Dove chocolates - gotta love chocolate that inspires!)
